Fantastic villa situated on a private plot, overlooking the golf driving range. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room with french doors opening onto a covered terrace, private pool and gardens, recently refurbished. The villa is fully furnished and ideally located in an ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday or if you wish to play sport. The facilities of the Golf Club House and Golf Academy, which also has a restaurant and pub, are within easy walking distance.
Hacienda del Álamo has some of the best golf practice facilities here in Murcia, (Covered and open 36 bays, two tier driving range, short game and putting greens). Complimented by a full size 6 hole Academy Course, there really is no excuse not to improve your game.  HDA sports center with tennis courts, a full-sized football pitch, all weather five a side pitch, paddle courts and snack bar is also located within on the resort. We have 5 junior football teams that train and play from HDA and during our long summer breaks, daily sports activities are organized at the Sports center to keep the residents children occupied!  HDA’s Championship Golf, from the back tees one of the longest courses in Spain, the 5* Club House as the center point to the resort is a fantastic place to enjoy a relaxed lunch in the ‘a la carte’ restaurant or grab a hearty English breakfast or bar snack before teeing off. Summer evenings watching the sunset from the large terrace over the distant mountains of the ‘Sierra Espuña’ with a sun downer and sampling the freshly prepared local products is an absolute must!    A 5 minute car journey from the entrance gate to Fuente Alamo, the local town that pretty much offers most of what you might need on a daily basis with shops, bars and restaurants also has 2 medical centers and a bi-lingual school. Further afield, the major towns of Cartagena and Murcia City are steeped in history and still offer a view of the real Spain with comparable services and shops of major cities in the UK.  The Murcia Region, a popular destination for Spanish Tourists boasts miles of unspoilt beaches and The Mar Menor inland sea, the largest salt water lagoon in Europe offers many water based sports activities. Easily serviced by Corvera International Airport just 10 minutes’ drive away from the gates of the resort. With so much happening the owners and residents of HDA should see positive growth in their investment over the coming years!
